Just My Rating and a Few Notes (For Now):
Longoria's offers a unique feature of homemade 100% brisket sausage. The homemade sausage is worth a try. It is a nice mix of tasty and unique. Brisket had great flavor and decent smoke, unfortunately it was also dry. This would be some great brisket if it wasn't dried out. Ribs had a slight KC style glaze and were pretty good.
Super friendly pit master, very accommodating. Tamales are decent. They taste like the kind you get covered in gravy at non-South Texas Tex-Mex spots.
